When I print submissions, the header ends up superimposed on actual text near the end of the document. In both Chrome (74.0.3729.169) and Firefox (67.0) on MacOS Mojave.
I just encountered this again, but the problem was limited to Chrome, so it might not be a problem for Firefox.
