Worth a read. It essentially describes PubPub, and includes a lot of what we’ve been saying about brand and quality, in particular.

I agree with the main thrust, but not necessarily with all the arguments, and I think there could be a better consideration of why efforts like F1000 have not achieved their full potential. Would be interesting to discuss this on PubPub (is there a culture of mirroring CC-by articles from other sources to PubPub in order to initiate a discussion?)
